Ismayilova/ The speech to be delivered by Armenia's Acting Foreign Minister, Vardan Oskanian, is expected to be heard during the next regular meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council to be held in Vienna the day after tomorrow (Wednesday, April 18), a source in OSCE has said. During the forthcoming meting, the participants will discuss the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, forthcoming parliamentary elections to be held in Armenia on may 12, 2007, as well as democratic processes happening in the country.
