A blast took place in Hasan Aliyev (former Inglab str.) street in Baku. Trend correspondent reported from the scene that a man had blew up himself.
According to reports, the blast took place near Continental super market.
A brigade is at the scene.
Javid Guliyev, Deputy Prosecutor of Narimanov District told Trend , that at scene police had found ID card belonging to Rasim Aliyev.
As a result of incident a policeman got easily wounded, his name was not disclosed.
According to Gulliyev, it was filed a suit concerning criminal case on article 228 of the Criminal Code (For weapon carrying).
