Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. E.Huseynli /The defense policy and strategy conference started in Oslo, Norway, on 17 September in compliance with the program of Partnership for Peace signed between NATO, Azerbaijan and the Euro Atlantic Council, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry reported.
The conference will hold the initial planning stages of 'The Eagle of Anatolia 2008' to be held in Ankara, Turkey.
Negotiations are being held by experts of the 'Engineers' project in compliance with a bilateral agreement signed between Azerbaijan and Germany in Munich.
