An agreement, which Russia has signed with separatist regime of Abkhazia and South Ossetia, exasperated the international community and the United States, the Georgian Foreign Ministry Political Department Director Zurab Kachkachishvili said at today's briefing.
International organizations stated that Russia's this step violates Sarkozy's ceasefire agreement.
Kachkachishvili said strengthening of administrative borders was commenced in Galsky region yesterday. "This agreement violates international norms," he said.
There are more Russian troops in Abkhazia and South Ossetia than that of announced by Russia 3,700.
"De-facto President of Abkhazia Sergei Begapsh in an interview said that there were 10,000 Russian troops in the both region. According to unofficial information, there were more troops," Kachkachishvili said.
