Georgia, Tbilisi, June 15 / Trend , N.Kirtskhalia/
Russia will use of veto while adoption of UN Security Council resolution extending the UN mission in Georgia, Georgian expert Nick Chitadze said.
UN Council of Security must adopt a resolution extending the mandate of its mission in Georgia. Abkhazia demands the opening of an independent mission in Abkhazia and opposes it to the name of the UN mission in Georgia.
Tbilisi does not agree with the draft resolution, which does not emphasize the issue of territorial integrity of Georgia.
"International missions are important for Georgia, including the UN mission. But Russia will strongly oppose it and may even exercise their right of veto," Chitadze said.
