Leader of the Movement for Georgia Eka Beselia sued Interior Minister Vano Merabishvili.
Beselia will seek to institute criminal proceedings against the minister for the brutal massacre of peaceful demonstrators at the Tbilisi Central Police Station on June 15.
The police exceeded their authority, which is a criminal offense. Beselia will require into the initiation of criminal proceedings against the interior minister since only Merabishvili could order the use of force against peaceful demonstrators.
Eka Beselia appeared in the Prosecutor's Office with the complaint at 13:00.
