Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev has today signed an Order on extra measures to speed up socio-economic development of Balakan District.

Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev has today signed an Order on extra measures to speed up socio-economic development of Balakan District.

Under the presidential order, AZN 2 million was allocated to the Balakan District Executive Authorities from the President`s 2013 reserve fund.
