BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 14. Members of Armenian separatist groups are pulling artillery installations and other military equipment into the settlements of the Karabakh Economic Region of Azerbaijan, creating firing positions there, Trend reports.
The aim is to open fire at the positions of the Azerbaijani army, provoking retaliation.
