Faraj Guliyev, the leader of the National Survival Movement, waits for the reply of the Supreme Court, Trend reports.
Guliyev stressed that he filed a complaint to the Supreme Court after the sentence of the Court of Appeals over 2 months ago, but did not receive the reply. “Therefore, I did not manage to participate in the 6 November parliamentary elections, but I intend participate in the repeated elections,” he added.
The leader of the movement also underlined that if the Supreme Court did not satisfy his suit, he would appeal to the Constitution Court. “I’ll continue the struggle at European Court on Human Rights,” he stressed.
