On May 17-19 a meeting of the Monitoring Committee of the Parliament Assembly of the European Council on legal cases and human rights and the Subcommittee on rights of national minorities to be held in Budapest, the Press-service of Azerbaijans Parliament told IAA Trend.
The Azerbaijan delegation will be presented by the Chief of the International and Inter-Parliamentary Permanent Commission of Millli Majlis, the Head of the Permanent Delegation within the Parliamentary Assembly of European Council Samad Seyidov. MPs Mrs. Gultakin Hajiyeva, Ganira Pashayeva and Aydin Abbasov also entered the delegation.
During the meeting double-standard issues solution within the EU legislation, the situation with national and ethnical minorities, EU and international law, Azerbaijans by-election, the situation in Serbia, etc will be discussed. The Azerbaijan MPs will express their opinion on all discussed issues.
