Turkish Prime Minister Rejeb Tayyib Erdogan, having arrived in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) to take part in Peace and Freedom holiday met with Azeri delegation, Trend reports quoting MP Aynur Guliyeva, members of the delegation.
Azeri delegation, including Gultekin Hajiyeva, Sabir Hajiyev, Akram Abdullayev, Aydin Abbasov and Aynur Guliyeva, arrived in Leshkosha July 20 to take part in said holiday.
Guliyeva said after participation in holiday celebration Azeri MPs held a number of meetings. В"We met with Turkish Prime Minister, President, president of parliament and e-president of TRNC. Alongside, our delegation also met with representatives of other Turk countries that had come to take part in the celebrationВ", she said.
Guliyeva underlined that at the meetings Azeri MPs had discussed development of ties between the countries. Azeri delegation is coming home July 23.
