A criminal case was raised against the editor-in-chief of Right Way newspaper published in Ganja city, Alesker Hajiyev, the assistant prosecutor of Ganja, told Trend.
The editor-in-chief is accused according to article 228 (keeping illegal arm) of Criminal Code of Azerbaijan Republic.
After receiving information about keeping of arm in house of M.Bagirov, an investigation was held. In result of investigation, there was found hand grenade F-1, 72 automate billets, one magazine for bullets and arm prepared by hand in the house. Besides, it was revealed instruments for home-made vodka.
The editor-in-chief refuses to provide evidence about the sources of the arms.
