Azerbaijani and Russian Governments Signed 4 Documents in Baku

Four documents have been signed in Baku today between the Azerbaijani and Russian Governments during Mikhail Fradkov's official visit.

The documents being signed are: Intergovernmental Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Money Orders, Agreement on Mutual Protection of Rights on Results of the Intellectual Property Used and Received as Results of Bilateral Military and technical Co-operation between the Two Countries, Programme on Co-operation in the Humanitarian Sphere for 2007-2009, Trend reports referring to a source in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Country. The fourth document, Agreement on Co-operation in the Fields of Banking Control over the Activity of Credit Organizations, was signed between the National Bank of Azerbaijan and the Central bank of Russia.

Today, the contract and legal base between the Azerbaijan Republic and the Russian Federation consists of over 100 documents. More than 70 of these documents are interstate and intergovernmental agreements. Over 30 are agreements between Russia (regions) and Azerbaijan.
