BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 14. Türkiye increased its automobile industry exports to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus by 63.1 percent over the same period last year (to $24.9 million) from January through July 2023, Trend reports, citing Türkiye's Ministry of Trade.
Thus, Türkiye reduced its automobile exports to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus by 108.3 percent in July 2023 compared to the same month in 2022, to $3 million.
The automobile industry exports in Türkiye increased by 16 percent from January through July 2023 compared to the same period last year, reaching $20.1 billion.
Furthermore, Türkiye exported $2.7 billion worth of automotive products in July 2023, 33.2 percent more than in July 2022.
Meanwhile, in the last 12 months (from July 2022 through July 2023), Türkiye exported $33.7 billion worth of automotive products.
