Kazakhstan, Astana, 20 August / Trend corr. K.Konirova / Kairgeldi Kabildin was appointed as the president of the national oil and gas company KazMunayGas. This was informed by a spokesperson from KazMunayGas.
Prime Minister Karim Masimov represented the new president of the company. Kabildin replaced Serik Burkitbayev, who had managed the company since may 2008.
Before, Kabildin worked as the vice-president in the KazTransOil CJSC, first deputy director in the Oil and Gas Transport CJSC, vice-president in KazMunayGas on oil and gas transport, as well as deputy chairman in the Kazakhstan Holding on State Assets Managing 'Samurk'.
