In January, the land market of in Baku offered the most expensive land in Nasimi district - at $ 190,000 per hundred square meters, the cheapest - in the Absheron area - at $ 350 per hundred square meters, the public organization "Participants of property market" said today.
In January the average price of one hundred square land in Baku fell by 2,1 percent up to $ 14,769 compared to $15,086 in December 2009.
The most significant decline in prices was in Yasamal district of Baku - by 2,4 percent. The most active areas in the past month are Binagadi and Nizami.
In total, about 808.1 hectares of land was proposed in January, about 76.9 percent were vacant lands.
A term of land exposition in January has increased by 0.8 percent up to 247 days.
