Tbilisi Central Hospital is on sale for 950,000 lari ($ 1 = 1.66 lari). As Georgian Economy Ministry told Trend, state-owned (100-percent) Tbilisi Central Hospital will be put up for auction.
Accounts receivable of the facility is 33,687 lari, while credit debt - 871,140 lari. Existing debt worth 434,851 lari to Telasi company can be covered in the subsequent 5 years.
The Hospital is located at St.Ljubljana, 5 and its initial price is 950,000 lari.
According to the auction terms, new owner of the hospital is obliged to keep medical profile of the facility for 7 years.
