Palmali company plans to increase investments in the Turkey’s tourism sector up to $350 million by late 2012, Zaman newspaper reported on Saturday.

Palmali company plans to increase investments in the Turkey's tourism sector up to $350 million by late 2012, Zaman newspaper reported on Saturday.

Revenues of Palmali Turizm company from investments in Turkey amounted to 40 million lira in 2011, advisor to head of the company's tourism department Kerem Tumay said.

He said Palmali company owns hotels in Bodrum, Antalya, Istanbul and Turkey's other cities.

Mr Tumay noted the company plans to open another hotel in Istanbul. At present the company is searching for territory suitable for construction of hotel.
