It is planned to suspend the inspection of entrepreneurs' activities in Azerbaijan for two years from Nov.1, 2015, AzerTAg state news agency reported.

It is envisaged in the draft law submitted by Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev to the country's parliament in the order of legislative initiative, according to the report.

Addressing the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on the first nine months of 2015, President Ilham Aliyev noted that many complaints are received on inspections in the sphere of entrepreneurship.

Moreover, the president emphasized the excessive number of licenses and cases of abuse in this sphere. He said that such cases will be prevented and those who don't draw right conclusions will be punished.

Meanwhile, the decree signed by Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev envisages minimizing the number of licenses, ensuring transparency and simplifying the rules of license issuance, as well as transferring the right of issuing licenses for entrepreneurship activities from the Ministry of Economy and Industry to ASAN service.
