Kazakhstan’s foreign trade goes down sharply

Kazakhstan’s foreign trade decreased in Jan. – June. 2016 to $30.07 billion compared to $46.95 billion in the same period of 2016, Kazakh Statistics Committee data said.

Meanwhile in July 2016 Kazakhstan’s trade with foreign countries increased compared to the previous months of the year and hit $5.04 billion.

Kazakhstan’s export in Jan-July 2016 hit $19.95 billion compared to $28.52 billion in the same period of 2015.
Kazakhstan’s import hit $13.12 billion in the reporting period compared to $18.44 in the same period of 2015.
