The Azerbaijani stock market does not need foreign investors, executive director of Xalq Kapital, an investment company, Tural Bayramov told Trend on Oct. 9.
“Azerbaijan has a great potential for the development of the stock market,” he added.
“There is a rather high activity of local investors in the Azerbaijani stock market and there is a high demand for bonds and notes at the Baku Stock Exchange."
He also stressed that the Baku Stock Exchange’s financial instruments are liquid.
