Iran's exports to China averaged $1.3 billion per month in the first 6 months of 2019, said the report of the Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (TCCIMA), Trend reports.
The report also said that in 2018, the figure stood at $1.8 billion.
Iran's exports to China have increased since early 2019, the report reads. Iran's exports to China increased by 45 percent in April (compared to the previous month) and amounted to $2.2 billion.
Meanwhile, Iran's exports to China declined in May and June. As such, exports to China totaled $960 million in June.
Iran's share in China's imports for May and June was 0.7 percent and 0.6 percent, respectively.
