According to the appraisals of the State Service for Register of Immovable Property, the price on accommodation in Azerbaijan increases on 15-20 percent on average annually, Arif Garashev, Head of the State Service for Register of Immovable Property told during the press-conference held at the headquarters of the party Yeni Azerbaijan today, Trend reports.
According to him, this process is explained with two reasons: the increase in the construction costs, and the use of the right envisaged by the Constitution of the country: Every physical and legal person has the right to fix his/her own price on his/her accommodation.
However, the increase in the land value plays the key role in this process. At present, an intense interest is shown to the land and its acquiring.
