Turkmenneft announced a tender to construct oil and gas wells on a turnkey basis while using a local workforce and training local professionals.
Applicants should present the following documents to Turkmenneft at: 56 Prospect Archabil, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.
- Statement about the company's interest to participate, including full name, legal status, country and details. Companies registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones are not accepted;
- Read "Rules on Tender Selection for Goods and Logistical Suppliers in the Turkmen Fuel and Energy and Chemical Industry and Fisheries;"
- Receive lot specification and technical requirements;
- Receive tender documents by paying $1,150.
Bids are accepted until 3:00 p.m. Aug.18.
Bid packages should be delivered to the above address. They will be accepted for consideration after the application costs are paid in full.
