Turkmenistan has today auctioned over 240,000 tons of oil products from the Turkmenbashi refinery, and refineries in the Saydi and Nayip gas-processing complex at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange.
The country put as stock trades 80,000 tons of liquefied gas, 20,000 tons of straight-run gasoline, 30,000 tons of gasoline, 50,000 tons of kerosene, 30,000 tons of fuel oil, 20,000 tons of oil coke, 6,000 tons of diesel fuel and 10,000 tons of furnace oil.
Last week at the auction of the national stock exchanges recorded about 30 transactions. Companies from Afghanistan, UK, Turkey and the UAE bought liquefied gas, gasoline, fuel oil and oil coke.
The representatives from Azerbaijan, Great Britain, the Netherlands, China, Turkey, UAE, U.S, Russia, Switzerland, Kazakhstan and Liechtenstein are the traditional participants of the auction. Total amount of contracts, including on sale of oil products exceeds $80 million.
The Commodity Exchange is a principal organ of state regulation of export-import operations in Turkmenistan.
