“The Cabinet of Ministers considers the state program on development of the heat supply system in Azerbaijan for 2006-2015 гг,” Yashar Hassanov, the chairman of Azeristiliktehcizat JSC, told Trend exclusively.
According to Hassanov, the document was made up by Azeristiliktechizat.
The goal of the state program is to develop the heat supply system, establish favorable conditions for attraction of investment to this sphere, and improve organization of the heat supply system through application of modern effective technologies during 10 years.
The document will reflect the work on heat supply of dwelling houses and building in the settlements, as well as social objects and objects of other destination.
Hassanov also stressed that the establishment drew up action plan for 2006 envisaging development of the heat supply in Baku and the regions.
