Iran's external debt amounted to $9.03 billion (8.18 billion euros) in the 12th month of last Iranian year (February 20 - March 19, 2020), Trend reports citing Central Bank of Iran (CBI).

According to statistic, the amount of Iran's short-term external debt was $1.53 billion (1.39 billion euros).

“The amount of Iran's long-term external debt was $7.49 billion (6.79 billion euros),” statistic noted.
