BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 25. Azerbaijan’s Premium Bank completed 1Q2022 with a net profit of 1.39 million manat ($819,400), while this figure in the same period last year amounted to 5.34 million manat ($3.14 million), Trend reports citing the bank's financial report.
Profit of Premium Bank decreased by 73.94 percent for the year.
According to bank's report, net interest income amounted to 5.21 million manat ($3.06 million). It was formed at expense of interest income of 7.68 million manat ($4.52 million, decrease of 7.42 percent over the year) and interest expenses of 2.47 million manat ($1.45 million, decrease of 50.26 percent over the year).
Non-interest income of Premium Bank amounted to 3.54 million manat ($2.08 million, increase of 31.1 percent over the year).
Non-interest expenses of the bank reached 6.60 million manat ($3.88 million, decrease of 1.27 percent over the year) as of March 31, 2022.
Profit before taxes and unforeseen expenses related to banking activities amounted to 1.39 million manat ($819,400), having decreased by 73.94 percent over the year.
