Azerbaijan’s payment system Goldenpay is considering the possibilities of expanding business in Indonesia and Mongolia, the company told Trend.
This issue is being studied and the final decision has not been made yet, said the company.
Plans of Goldenpay also include the expansion to the markets of the Balkan countries.
Earlier, the company said that a preliminary agreement on the provision of clearing services in the Balkan countries was reached with Austria’s Raiffeisen Bank.
Goldenpay has been registered in the Bosnia market, which envisages the implementation of a project similar to hesab.az, which operates as a platform for making online payments by owners of Visa and MasterCard plastic cards.
After Bosnia, Goldenpay will consider the possibility of entering the Serbian market.
