Iranian water company to hold int’l tender to buy electro-chlorination unit

The Asia Water Development Engineering Company intends to purchase, install and commission an electro-chlorination (EC) unit which consists of two electrolyzer packages for Iran's Bandar Abbas Desalination plant from reliable providers.

The desired EC unit should be able to produce Sodium Hypochlorite with 1500 ppm concentration by electrolyzing seawater and also injection in offshore intake and very first of intake pipes which have 1 km length.

Total unit capacity should be 466 kg/h (based on available chlorine) which consists of two packages with 233 kg/h capacity. The site location of project is in Bandar Abbas, southern Iran.

Interested companies are invited to send their inquiries in written form along with the following documents no later than Jan. 14, 2018 to the address: No. 22, Meftah Alley, West Garmsar Street, South Shiraz Avenue, MollaSadra, Tehran, Iran (Postal Code: 14358- 53563).

The documents which should be submitted:

1. Willingness letter and presenting Company’s specification and work field.

2. Providing High-Tech technologies, efficient and optimum offer.

3. Company resume and previous executed projects (close to required capacity) with offered technology (minimum two projects) and also records of commissioning for similar projects (minimum one project).

4. Presenting Customer Satisfaction Letter of previous employers.

5. Documents indicating technical knowledge or having a contract of partnership with a technical knowledge owner company (preferably a foreign one).

6. Presenting documents to assess financial strength (based on audited financial statements for the past three years)

7. Other useful documents which are suggested by company for assessing its technical, operational and financial strength.

8. Presenting Standards which are used in manufacturing process.

9. Certifications of company.
