Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries has opened a tender for overhaul.
The participants are invited to submit an application, indicating full name, legal status, country of registration, bank details and information about the company's activities.
Participants should get acquainted with an extract from the Tender Rules and a list of documents required to participate in the tender.
An invoice for $1725 (including VAT) should be issued
Tender bids are accepted within 30 business days from the date of publication of the announcement.
Tender proposals should be delivered in two sealed envelopes. The first envelope should contain technical specifications; the second envelope should contain the commercial offer with calculations and justification of the proposed cost of work and services.
