BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 18. The number of passengers transported through Iranian airports increased by 42 percent during the first six months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through September 22, 2022), as was reflected in the statistics of Iran Airports and Air Navigation Company (IAC), Trend reports.
According to the statistics, more than 17.6 million passengers were transported through Iranian airports in 6 months.
Meanwhile, in the same period of last Iranian year, the figure stood at over 12.4 million.
