DUSHANBE, Tajikistan, January 31. Dushanbe City Bank of Tajikistan is set to introduce Visa Gold and Visa Platinum cards soon, Trend reports.
The bank, holding a significant share of cardholders in Tajikistan, provides various card options under the Express Pay payment system, seamlessly interacting with the country's national payment system, Korti Milli.
Dushanbe City Bank has a substantial user base of over 1.3 million cardholders and more than 2 million downloads of its DC Next mobile application. The app enables one-click payments across a diverse range of services, exceeding 250 in total.
As of December 2023, Dushanbe City Bank operated with one branch, 13 customer service centers, and a network of 665 ATMs. The bank has issued more than 1.47 million different cards.
The total number of bank payment cards in circulation in Tajikistan reached 6,610,554 as of November 30, 2023, within a month, the number of cards increased by 1.08 percent compared to the figures at the end of October 2023 (6,539,640 cards).
