Government renewed in Turkmenistan

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed decrees on appointments in the government on Tuesday, an official Turkmen source said today.
Annageldy Yazmyradov and Akmyrat Yegeleyev have been appointed deputies chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers (Deputies Prime Minister) of Turkmenistan.
Dzhumageldi Bayramov has been appointed Minister of Construction; Babaniyaz Italmazov - Minister of Building Materials Industry; Arslan Yagshimammedov - Minister of Public Utilities; Ashyr Sarybaev - chairman of state concern "Turkmenavtoyollary" (Turkmen roads).
Mr Berdimuhamedov was reelected to the presidency following the elections held on Feb 12. Under the Constitution, the government must be formed within a month after the president takes his office.
The Cabinet of Ministers (government) is the executive and administrative body. Under the Constitution, the government is headed by the President.
