ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, July 25. The Turkmenistan's 'Hazar güýji' private company, together with state-owned Turkmen and Chinese companies, plans to build a plant for the production of ammonia and carbamide in Kiyanli village in the Balkan region in the western part of Turkmenistan, Trend reports.
According to the official source of Turkmenistan, the production capacity of the plant will be 1,200 tons of ammonia and 1,950 tons of granular urea per day.
This power is widely used and proven in the Middle East and Asia.
The site for the construction of the plant was chosen taking into account the availability of raw materials. The plant will consume 450-500 million cubic meters of natural gas per year.
The Chinese company "Chengda Engineering Co., Ltd,", a leading and experienced company in China, acts as a general contractor for the design and supply of equipment for this project
Meanwhile, the 'Hazar güýji' private company together with Turkmen state and Chinese companies also plans to implement a project in the west of Turkmenistan for the construction of carbon black production plants.
