BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 1. The Uzbek authorities intend to create special preferential zones for wholesale trade, Trend reports via the press service of the president of Uzbekistan.
In particular, until July 1, 2022, such zones are planned to be created in the country’s Navoi, Samarkand, and Tashkent regions and until September 1, 2022, in Bukhara and Surkhandarya regions. These zones will be used to supply products to the markets of neighboring countries.
In addition, the possibility of providing benefits to wholesale companies in special economic zones will be considered.
