BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 13. Uzbek Enter Engineering company, the largest EPC contractor in Central Asia, is implementing about 40 major projects in various sectors of Uzbek economy, Executive Director of the company Anvar Salyamov told Trend.
According to him, the most ambitious among them are the project for the construction of the largest gas chemical complex based on MTO (Methanol to Olefin) technologies in Bukhara, as well as project for construction of a copper processing plant in the city of Almalyk.
“The MTO plant will allow processing about 1.5 billion cubic meters of natural gas, thereby providing raw materials for the textile and chemical industries. As part of the project, contracts totaling $45 million were signed for the supply of equipment,” Salyamov said.
He also noted that Enter Engineering cooperates on these projects with Wood PLC (UK) at the stages of basic design, and for the supply of mechanical and technological equipment - with Uralmash JSC (Russia).
“At the moment, excavation and construction work, installation of reinforcing cages, concrete pouring of foundations for large technological equipment are being carried out under the project of the copper processing plant,” Salyamov said.
Enter Engineering, founded in 2012, specializes in construction of industrial, civil and process facilities of various complexity.
