BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 29. Uzbekistan has launched a new high-voltage substation in Kashkadarya region's Shahrisabz district, Trend reports via official Telegram channel of Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Energy.
The new substation was connected to the main grid via a 56-kilometer 220 kV power line.
According to the message, the innovation will improve the power supply of six districts of the region (Shahrisabz, Yakkabog, Kitab, Kukdala, Chiroqchi, and Qamashi).
