Azerbaijan, Baku / corr D.Khatinoglu / Rahmani Fazi, the Deputy Chairman of the Iranian Security Council has resigned, Farsnеws news agency reported on 19 November.
Ali Larijani, the chairman of the Iranian Security Council, resigned on 20 October. The resignation was explained by his disagreement with the Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejat in the issue of nuclear plans. At present Saeed Calali is the acting chairman of the Security Council.
