Iran releases currency exchange rates for September 8

BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 8. The Central Bank of Iran (CBI) put up an official exchange rate for foreign currencies on September 8, Trend reports via the CBI.

According to the bank's currency exchange rate, 27 currency prices increased, while 16 currency prices dropped compared to September 7.

As for CBI, $1 equals 423,778 Iranian rials and one euro—469,894 rials, while on September 7, one euro was 469,705 rials.

The CBI adopted the SANA system for currency exchange offices, where one euro costs 547,123 rials and $1 costs 493,482 rials.

NIMA is a scheme for selling a percentage of the foreign money earned from exports.

The price of one euro in this system amounted to 506,596 rials, and the price of $1 was 456,928 rials.

On the black market, $1 is worth about 589,000–592,000 rials, while one euro is about 654,000–657,000 rials.
