Turkey is Concerned about Bill of French Parliament on Criminal Prosecution of Persons Ignoring to Recognize Armenian Genocide

The Prime Minister of Turkey Rajab Tayyub Erdogan expressed the concerns of the Turkish Government in relation with repeatedly presenting to the discussions of the French Parliament the bill on the criminal prosecution of persons ignoring to recognize Armenian genocide.

According to the Turkish Prime Minister, this proposal is inexplicable from the logical and legal point of view, Trend Special Correspondent in Ankara reports.

He voiced anxiety that the adoption of the amendment may bring harms to the political and commercial relations between the countries.

According to Erdogan, the called genocide problem belongs to Turkey and Armenia and the third country shouldn't interfere in this issue.
