Rubik's Cube MP3 player is a puzzling development

(mobilemag) - can't imagine why you'd ever want to carry around this block in order to jam away to some tunes, but you'll certainly get a second glance from the random passer-by given the uniqueness of this MP3 player's form factor.

Shaped like a Rubik's Cube, complete with rotating parts, this strange portable music player was designed by Hee Yong, but doesn't come with the multi-color sides like the Rubik's Cube on which it was based. Instead, it seems to be almost all white, with the exception of a turquoise-lit display, reports Trend.

How would you go about controlling it? It seems that you need to arrange the squares in a certain orientation in order to get it play, pause, skip, and so on. To turn it off, you need to "complete the puzzle." Thanks but no thanks. I just want buttons.
