His American counterpart John Kerry arrived in Vienna the night before, Fars news agency reported June 27.
French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius will also join the talks later the same day.
EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogerini, UK Foreign Secretary Phillip Hammond, and German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier will also join the talks in a couple of days.
No information yet whether Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi will attend the talks.
Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi said earlier that Zarif had on agenda bilateral and multilateral meetings with his counterparts attending the negotiations.
