Georgia, Tbilisi / corr Trend N.Kirtzkhaliya / There is no similarity between Kosovo and Abkhazia conflicts, as the Russian politicians urge, Gela Bezhuashvili, the Georgian Foreign Minister, said after a meeting of the Security Council of Georgia.
" Russia should think over it, because all discussions about Kosovo will come back as boomerang," Bezhuashvili said.
Benjuashvili said that Georgian Government will observe attentively over the situation in Kosovo. "We calculated all risks which can be posed after the recognition of Kosovo and prepared for counter actions. We will take our utmost to avoid provocations by the part of Russia," Benjuashvili said.
"We want to have partnership with Russia based on equal rights and call Russia pass on backing separatists in Georgia," the minister said. "We are ready to sit at table with representatives of Moscow and solve jointly fate of Sukhumi and Chinvali. After the elections we are planning to continue negotiations in this directions," Bezhuashvili said.
