Egypt 's potential candidate for the presidency Muhammed El Baradei did not hail two laws which Supreme Council of Armed Forces (SCAF) has recently adopted, Masrawy reported.
The electoral laws regulate the elections of Egypt's two-house parliament - the People's Assembly and Shura Council.
"The new electoral laws, unfortunately, fail to provide equal opportunities and counteract the requirements of revolution." Baradei added. "The new parliament seems to be the continuation of 'Mubarak's democracy'."
