Kazakhstan, Astana / corr. Trend K. Konirova/ NATO has not yet determined the dates of withdrawal from Afghanistan, the department head of NATO said in a briefing held in Brussels. "The completion our mission in this country depends on the progress in the situation and on whether the Afghani government would be able to assume responsibility to insure security in the country," the representative of NATO headquarters said.
According to NATO representative, the Organization has not yet determined the date of withdrawal from Afghanistan.
"But I think that NATO will lead the military operations on Afghanistan up to 2011 and 2012 and will be present here maybe for 6 to 7 years until it trains the national army, and the establishment of administration," he said.
