(ForUm) - Defense Minister of Ukraine Anatoly Hrytsenko declares that Ukraine does not consider a question concerning attracting Russian Black Sea Fleet for securing its sovereignty and independence, reports Trend.

In case of threat of war Ukraine is able to secure its sovereignty, territorial integrity and inviolability of borders on its own, Hrytsenko told journalists during his working visit to Lviv.

He underlined that, taking into account friendly relations with neighboring countries, he does not see any reason by which Ukrainian authorities may appeal to other states for military help, reports Trend.

Additionally, Hrytsenko noted that RF BSF will stay in Ukraine till 2017, and Ukrainian state will do all necessary for its effective functioning.

Russia's BSF is based in our country in exception, as Constitution of Ukraine does not provide for permanent stationing of foreign troops on our territory, the minister said.
