Turkey increased its cement exports to Iran from January through September 2021 by 21.7 percent compared to the same period last year - up to $12.821 million, the Ministry of Trade of Turkey told Trend on October 19.
According to the ministry, the export of cement from Turkey to Iran in September reached $2.172 million, which is 81.8 percent more than the same period last year.
It is reported that Turkey increased the export of cement in 9M2021 by 25.3 percent compared to the same period last year - up to $3.422 billion.
In September, Turkey exported cement worth $420.236 million, which is 22.2 percent more than in the same period in 2020.
Over the last 12 months (September 2020 - September 2021), Turkish cement exports amounted to $4.448 billion.
