Trade turnover between Turkey and Azerbaijan in October 2021 grew, the Turkish Ministry of Trade told Trend.
According to the ministry, this figure reached $367.1 million, up by $102.4 million in monthly terms.
In October this year, Turkey’s export and import operations with Azerbaijan totally exceeded $183.5 million, the ministry said.
Besides, in the first 10 months, the trade turnover between the two countries increased by $564.7 million compared to the same period of 2020, amounting to over $2.3 billion.
During the specified period, Turkish exports to Azerbaijan made up almost $1.75 billion, while imports - $624 million, the ministry noted.
Trade turnover between Turkey and Azerbaijan in 2020 increased by $187.2 million compared to 2019, amounting to $2.22 billion. At the same time, Turkish exports to Azerbaijan amounted to $1.85 billion, and imports - $366 million.
