BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 10. Türkiye's exports of grains, seeds, and cereals to world markets increased 5.4 percent to $1 billion in January 2024 compared to the same month in 2023, Trend reports, referring to Türkiye's Ministry of Trade.
Türkiye exported grains, seeds, and cereals worth $12.4 billion in the last 12 months (from January 2023 through January 2024).
To note, Türkiye's exports of grains, seeds, and cereals increased by 8 percent to $12.4 billion from January through December 2023 compared to the same period in 2022.
Türkiye exported $1.1 billion worth of grains, seeds, and cereals in December 2023, which is 1.7 percent more than in December 2022.
